Personalisation and special requests:
Products are personalised at the time of purchase, using the indicated fields. If you would like something different from the usual or cannot find the option, please send us your idea via message or email.
Delivery times:
The personalisation service is entirely handcrafted, so it takes between 4 to 7 working days to be ready. Delivery is made within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the destination.
Destinations:
Orders are delivered in mainland Portugal and the islands. For shipping to other European countries, prior contact is required via message or email.
Order confirmation:
Order tracking is done via email from payment validation to dispatch.
Exchanges and returns:
Personalised items are final, as they are made according to specific requests, and therefore exchanges or returns are not possible, except in cases of error or defect attributable to our team.
Care of personalised items:
- Wash at temperatures not exceeding 30ºC
- Wash and iron inside out
- Do not tumble dry
Invoice with NIF:
If you require an invoice with a tax identification number (NIF), you must provide this information during the purchase process.
